The Nursery

We have finally completed Hallie's nursery! Except for a few small things here and there. I absolutely love it!  We recieved her bedding from Becky and then went to work adding decore to go along with it.  My mom is an extremely crafty person and helped me add the things that I had in mind.  We covered letters to spell Hallie's name above the bed with fabric to match her bedding.  I had seen online where someone had hand painted letters that matched her bedding perfectly, but they were $120.00; which is completely ridiculous!  Our letters look exactly like them and we probably spent about $15.00; much, much better!  Mom also painted someone flowers on the wall behind her changing table to add a little something to that wall.  It was kind of boreing looking and that is the wall you see as soon as you walk through the door.  It looks much better now.  We also bought a lamp for her chest and covered it with fabric to match the bedding as well. I love the room, and I can't wait to see our baby girl in it! Take a look:

The room is gorgeous, I know you can't wait for the baby to get here. I still can't believe you are old enough to have a baby, I still think about the good time with all you girls in 8th grade sunday school, can't wait to see some pictures of baby Hallie.
